July is the time for Artown in Reno and the Nevada Humane Society is celebrating with special displays of animal art at its shelter as well a special adoption rates. Adopt an adult cat for $10 and an adult dog for $45 (4 months and older, excluding specially priced dogs). The Nevada Humane Society
